This is an optional service that can be booked in advance of the big day. It is aimed to alleviate any worries on the day. The Event Host will liaise closely with the couple so that we can tailor the support we offer to individual needs. Here are a few of the tasks we can help with -
Layout tables and chairs to your own plan ready for your arrival day
Meet the couple on handover day and talk through the itinerary of the day with them
Ascertain who the bridal party will be, their names and roles on the day and find out if any of the guests have any special needs/requirements
Meet suppliers on the wedding day and answer any questions they may have. They will also be the point of contact for suppliers throughout the day
Meet and greet wedding guests on arrival to the venue
Liaise with the Registrar or Celebrant, offer them a drink, and meet any requirements they have. Introduce them to the couple in relevant interview areas
Ensure guests are all seated in time for ceremony to begin without any delays
Meet Music/Evening Suppliers and ensure their arrival causes minimal disruption
Announce Speeches and Cake Cutting
Store away cards, gifts and remaining wedding cake in accordance with couple’s request
Make sure all guests have transport booked and ensure they are not left without a ride home
